| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨CD4+细胞计数对艾滋病(AIDS)病人机会性感染护理观察的指导.方法]将57例艾滋病病人随机分为两组,指导组按CD4+细胞计数指导艾滋病护理,常规组按艾滋病常规护理.结果]CD4+细胞计数变化与艾滋病机会性感染的发生与预后有密切关系.两组病死率与机会性感染发生率比较有统计学意义.结论]CD4+细胞计数可指导临床护士观察病情变化,预测疾病转归及可能发生的机会性感染,并为及时修正护理措施提供理论依据.

| Abstract: | Objective: To probe into the guidance of CD_4~+ cell count for nursing observation of AIDS patients developed opportunistic infection. Methods: A total of 57 cases with AIDS were divided into guidance and routine groups randomly. AIDS patients in guidance group were given nursing care guided by CD_4~+ cell count. And AIDS cases of routine group were provided nursing care as routinely. Results: There was close relationship between the changes of CD_4~+ cell count and occurrence and prognosis of opportunistic infection in AIDS patients. There were statistical significant differences in terms of case fatality and incidence of opportunistic infection between the two groups. Conclusion: The CD_4~+ cell count of AIDS cases can guide nurses to observe pathogenetic condition clinically, predict turnover of AIDS and possible opportunistic infection. It can also provide some theoretical bases for timely adjusting nursing measures for them. |
