全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉在老年患者腹部手术中的应用

目的:探讨全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉在老年患者腹部手术中的应用。方法:将行腹部手术的老年患者随机均分为2组,分别采用单纯全身麻醉方式(A组)和全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉方式(B组)进行比较。结果:全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉组患者的自主呼吸、拔管和完全清醒时间明显短于单纯全麻组,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.239,t=2.184,t=2.259;P<0.05);芬太尼、异丙酚、维库溴铵和安氟醚4种维持麻醉的麻醉剂用量明显少于单纯全麻组,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.309,t=2.089,t=2.564,2.360;P<0.05)。结论:全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉可作为老年患者腹部手术的一种安全有效的麻醉方式,具有良好的临床使用价值。

General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia for abdominal surgery in the elderly patients

Objective： To learn the application of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia for abdominal surgery in the elderly patients. Methods： Abdominal surgery in elderly patients were randomly assigned 2 groups, using general anesthesia alone （A group） and general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia （B group）. Results： General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia group of patients with spontaneous breathing time, pull out the trachea time and fully awake time significantly shorter than the general anesthesia group; fentanyl, propofol, vecuronium and enflurane ether four anesthesia were maintained the amount of anesthetic significantly less than the general anesthesia group, a statistically significant difference. Conclusion：General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia can be used as a safe and effective anesthesia in elderly patients with abdominal surgery, good clinical valuable.
