压力蒸汽灭菌装备质量控制检测标准与检测装置研发

目的:论证、对比现行国内外热力灭菌设备检测校准规范,研究核验医用热力灭菌设备温度测量控制仪器在线校准测量方法。方法:通过研究典型医用热力灭菌设备检测装置的准确性和可靠性,评估核验医用热力灭菌设备温度测量技术标准。结果:完成"医用热力灭菌设备温度计校准规范"实验验证,实验验证医用热力灭菌温度测量控制仪器测量方法和不确定度的评价方法。结论:提升医用热力灭菌设备温度的检测技术水平,对医用热力学灭菌设备温度计校准具有重要参考意义。

Pressure steam sterilization equipment quality control testing standards and testing device development

Objective： This paper focuses on the current domestic and international comparison of calibration specification for testing heat sterilization equipment demonstration, verification of on-line calibration and measurement method for medical heat stress temperature sterilization equipment. Methods： The medical thermal temperature sterilization equipment standard was assessed by the study on reliability and accuracy of typical medical sterilization equipment detection device. Results： The medical sterilization equipment thermometer calibration specification experiment was finished, the medical instrument measurement method and uncertainty evaluation method for measuring the degree-of-ihermaisterilizaiion＇temperaturecontrol were validated. Conclusion： Promote the measurement of medical instrument temperature controller for sterilization equipment, and provide the reference to the medical thermal sterilization equipment thermometer calibration.
