医科达直线加速器真空系统的工作原理及应用

摘    要:目的:探讨医科达直线加速器真空系统的工作原理及其在诊疗应用中常见故障和解决方法。方法:阐述医科达直线加速器真空系统的第一级真空处理装置—真空泵车和第二级真空处理装置—溅射离子泵的工作原理与作用;探讨真空泵车的常用维护方法;分析常见的故障现象,并结合工作实际制定具体的维修方法。结果:通过掌握直线加速器真空系统的工作原理,针对常见的故障现象,制定有效的故障排除方法。结论:掌握直线加速器真空系统的工作原理,能有效减少维修时间,熟练排除技术故障,确保设备正常使用。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the operating principle ofth-e Keda linear accelerator vacuum system, common malfunctions and solutions during clinical application. Methods: To expound the operating principle and role of vacuum processing device-vacuum pump car and the second stage vacuum processing device-sputter ion pump of Elekta linear accelerator vacuum systems. To discuss the common maintenance approach of the vacuum pump. To analyze the common malfunctions and establish the specific maintenance approach combined with regular work. Results: The effective maintenance approach for the common malfunctions was established by mastering the operating principle of linear accelerator vacuum system. Conclusion: The effective maintenance approach for the common malfunctions was established by mastering the operating principle of linear accelerator vacuum system, and it can ensure the normal operation.
