橡皮筋固定后鼻孔气囊管在鼻内镜手术中的应用

目的:探讨气囊导尿管在鼻内镜手术中的作用。方法:选取2011年1月至2012年6月我科收治的207例患者,根据手术方式分为两组。A组(112例)采用缠带橡皮筋气囊导尿管插入堵塞后鼻孔的方法行鼻内镜下手术;B组(95例)行常规鼻内镜下手术,并对两组疗效进行比较。结果:A组术中内镜不起雾,同时避免鼻腔组织、血液、麻醉剂及棉片等误咽或误吸,术中行窦腔冲洗和药物灌注时,均无渗流至口咽。112例患者中102例(占91.2%)治愈,10例(占9%)好转;B组术中均需从口腔吸引血液和分泌物,85例(占89.5%)出现镜面起雾、11例(占11.6%)呛咳、6例(占6.3%)纱条滑脱到口咽。95例患者中76例(占80.0%)治愈,19例(占20.0%)好转。结论:橡皮筋固定后鼻孔气囊管可使鼻内镜手术更安全、舒适和便捷。

Application of Balloon Catheter in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

Objective： To explore the curative effects of balloon catheter in endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods： 207 patients were selected from January 2011 to June 2012 and assigned two groups, after the posterior naris wore obstructed by elastic firm 10-12F balloon catheter through the common meatus, the endoscopic sinus surgery in the 112 cases of patients were performed, and the curative effects wore compared with 95 patients received conventional endoscopic surgery. Results： The balloon catheter can entirely avoid a series of complications caused by nasal tissue, blood, narcotic drugs, and gauze in cavity misled into the trachea or esophagus, avoid foggy endoscopy. Conclusion： The application of balloon catheter in endoscopic sinus surgery is safer and more comibrtable.
