| Abstract: | This article discussed the issue of how to keep the clinical doctors＇ persistent learning ability in the new period of time, and expounded the importance of the cultivation in study efficiency and the innovation ability, from several aspects, for clinical doctors in this information explosion time. It emphasized particularly the necessity of information literacy and knowledge management. |
