| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的方法。方法 用辣椒素（CAP）鼻腔局部给药，治疗48例常年性变应性鼻炎患者。结果 48例中临床显效33例（68.8%)，有效10例（20.8%)，无效5例（10.4%)，总有效率89.6%。结论 P物质能神经阻滞剂治疗常年性变应性鼻炎具有疗效显著、操作方便等优点，有较好的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of CAP on perennial allergic rhinitis.Methods:84 cases of allergic rhinitis were treated with therapeatic mechanism of CAP.Results:There is no complication after one year following up,of the 48 Cases,33 cases (68.8%) Showed the best effects,10 cases (20.8%)better effects and 5 cases (10.4%) no effects,The total effective rate was 89.6%.Conclusion:The study indicated that therapeatic mechanism of CAP on Perenmial allorgic rhinitis is a choice for treating rhinitis. |
