咬肌再附着界面的生物力学研究

摘    要:目的:研究山羊咬肌与下颌骨皮质骨面和松质骨面再附着的生物力学特性变化。方法:9只成年山羊为研究对象,其中1只为正常对照,实验组山羊双侧下颌骨咬肌附着从骨面剥离,附着区骨面平均分为两部分,分别保留原骨面或去除皮质骨,暴露松质骨,咬肌原位缝合,术后2,4,8,12周采集标本,进行生物力学测试。结果:生物力学检测表明,2-12周肌-骨界面附着强度随时间延长有显著增强,而同一时间两种骨面的肌附着强度无显著差异。结论:咬肌再附着的形成与附着骨面结构无关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the process of masseter muscle reattachment to the cortical and cancellous bone of the mandible. Methods Nine adult goats were used in this study. One of them was used as control and the other were treated with bilateral detachment of the masseter muscle. The biopsies of bone and muscle were taken at 2,4,8,12 weeks after operation .The characteristics of the healing muscle to bone interface were examined by biomechanical techniques. Results The load to failure of muscle-bone interface had significant difference among different time groups, but no significant difference between two bone beds. Conclusion This study demonstrated that masseter muscle could get new insertion with cortical and cancellous bone. The biomechanical character of muscle-bone interface was associated with time but had no significant difference between cortical and cancellous bone.
