摘    要:目的探讨早期肠内营养应用于胃癌手术患者的可行性及安全性。方法将96例胃癌手术患者分为肠内营养(EN)组和肠外营养(PN)组。EN组给予早期肠内营养支持治疗,PN组给予肠外营养支持治疗,观察两组患者术后营养状况、恢复情况及并发症情况。结果EN组患者术后体质量、血清白蛋白(ALB)及前白蛋白(PAB)水平明显高于PN组(P<0.05);EN组术后肛门排气时间、肛门排便时间及平均住院时间均明显低于PN组(P<0.05);两组术后并发症发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论给予胃癌手术患者早期的EN能有效改善患者术后营养状况,对促进肠胃蠕动、减少并发症的发生有积极意义,是胃癌术后可行的、安全的、理想的一种营养供给方案。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the feasibility and the safety of early enteral nutrition(EN) and parenteral nutrition(PN) for gastric cancer patients undergoing surgery.Methods A total of 96 gastric cancer patients undergoing surgery were divided into EN group and PN group.The EN group was given early EN support,while the PN group PN support.Both the two groups were observes for patients' post-operative nutrition,recovery and complications.Results After surgery,the weight and the levels of albumin(ALB) and prealbumin(PAB) of the EN group were significantly higher than that of the PN group(P<0.05).The anal exhaust time and the defecation time were significantly earlier in the EN group than in the PN group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in post-operative complications(P>0.05).Conclusion Early EN given to gastric cancer patients undergoing surgery can efficiently improve patients' post-operative nutrition conditions and impose positive effects on helping enterogastric peristalsis and on reducing complications.Thus it's one of safe and perfect nutrition supply scheme feasible after surgery.
