| 摘 要： | 目的探讨精神分裂症患者细胞免疫功能的异常改变。方法对44例住院精神分裂症患者(治疗组)和12名健康人(对照组)行血清IL-2浓度测定、EtRFc试验(T淋巴细胞总花环试验)、EaRFc试验(T淋巴细胞活性花环试验),并进行比较。结果治疗前、治疗后,治疗组血清中IL-2浓度;EtRFc试验,总花环数;EaRFc试验,活性花环数均明显高于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论精神分裂症患者存在着免疫系统激活现象,处于细胞免疫功能亢进状态。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the schizophrenia patients' abnormal condition of cellular immunity function and to explore the influence factors.Methods A total of 44 schizophrenia patients in hospital were enrolled in patient group,and compare with 12 healthy persons in control group.Their serum IL-2 concentration was measured,as well as EtRF and the EaTFc Test.Results The patient group had higher IL-2 concentration in serum than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).In EtRFc Test,the total flower-ring number of the patient group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.01);in EaRFc Test,so was the living flower-ring number(P<0.01).Conclusion Schizophrenia patients have immune system activation and are in a sthenic state of cellular immunity. |
