熵聚堆方法在中医证研究中的应用

目的探索熵聚堆方法在中医证诊断标准研究中的应用。方法首先根据临床流行病学调查获得400例血管内皮功能障碍的四诊资料,以熵聚堆方法提取血管内皮功能障碍痰湿证的中医症状信息,计算痰湿证中各症状对证的贡献度;然后以诊断性试验受试工作者曲线(ROC)确定血管内皮功能障碍痰湿证诊断阈值;最后从灵敏度、特异度、符合率3个方面对此诊断标准进行回顾性和前瞻性检验。结果建立的血管内皮功能障碍痰湿证的诊断标准有较好的诊断效能。结论熵聚堆方法适用于中医证诊断标准的研究,方法科学,为中医证诊断标准的研究提供了方法学参考。 

Application of Entropy Partition Method in Research of TCM Syndromes

OBJECTIVE To explore into the application of entropy partition method in the study of the diagnostic standards for TCM syndromes.METHOD The diagnostic information about 400 cases of dysfunction of blood vessel endothelium was obtained and entropy partition method was used to obtain the information of the symptoms of phlegm-dampness syndrome,so as to calculate the relevance of the various symptoms to the syndrome.ROC was then used to determine the threshold of the syndrome,followed by retrospective and prospective tests dealing with sensitivity,specificity and conformity.RESULT The established diagnostic standards for damp-phlegm syndrome in dysfunction of blood vessel endothelium is efficient in diagnosis.CONCLUSION Entropy partition method is scientific and can be used in the study of TCM syndrome diagnostic standard.
