| 摘 要： | 用英国国家生物标准品和对照品研究所（NIBSC）提供的链激酶第二国际标准品样品A标定另3个样品B，C，D，测得其效价分别为452．8，1046，1024IU／支，其中C，D实际是同一样品，拟作为链激酶第三国际标准品，NIBSC最终公布的标定值为1030IU／支。

| Abstract: | Among the 16 laboratories from 12 countries participated the collaborative study to establish the 3 rd international standard(IS) for streptokinase invited by National Institute for Biological Standards and Control(NIBSC,UK), our laboratory was the only one from China. Using sample A(the 2 nd IS for SK) as primary standard to determine sample B,C,D, the results were 452.8,1046 and 1024IU, respectively. Sample C, which was just the same as sample D, was the candidate for 3 rd IS for SK. The mean potency of all laboratories was 1030IU according to the final report from NIBSC. |
