| 摘 要： | 目的探讨髁支持钢板治疗股骨髁间、髁上骨折的疗效。方法采用髁支持钢板内固定治疗股骨髁间、髁上骨折34例。结果随访14～26个月,术后6～14个月全部愈合,膝关节功能恢复良好,采用Merchan et al提出的功能评定标准：优18例,良10例,中3例,差3例,优良率82.35%。结论采用髁支持钢板治疗股骨髁间、髁上骨折,固定牢靠,膝关节功能恢复好,是治疗股骨髁间、髁上骨折的理想选择。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the advantages of condylar buttress plate for the treatment of femoral supracondylar and intercondylar fractures. Methods 34 cases with femoral supracondylar and intercondylar fractures were treated with condylar buttress plate. Results 34 cases were followed up for 14 - 26 months. All fractures healed in 6 - 14 months. The knees function recovered well. According to Merchan standard, the results were excellent in 18 cases, good in 10, fair in 3, and poor in 3. The excellent and good rate was 82. 35%. Conclusions Condylar buttress plate for the treatment of femoral supracondylar and intercondylar fractures can provide rigid fixation and satisfactory knee function recovery, which is optimal for supracondylar and intercondylar fractures. |
