| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性间歇性缺氧（CIH）对大鼠脑缺血再灌注（CIR）胰岛素样生长因子-1（IGF-1）表达的影响。方法 SD大鼠46只,随机选取10只在缺氧箱中行血氧检测,余随机分成4组：空白对照组（UC）,假手术组,CIR组,CIH＋CIR组。建立SD大鼠CIH模型,并行局灶性脑缺血再灌注干预,采用免疫组化法观察额顶部皮质缺血半暗带IGF-1的表达,并进行2,3,5-三苯基氯化四氮唑染色观察脑梗死体积。结果 CIH＋CIR组大鼠神经功能缺损及梗死体积较CIR组严重（P〈0.05）;CIH＋CIR组与CIR组相比较IGF-1表达减少（P〈0.05）。结论 IGF-1是脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护性因子,CIH可使IGF-1表达降低,并可能是CIH加重脑缺血再灌注损伤的机制之一。
