2080例急性腹泻患者致病性弧菌检出情况报告

报告1991年夏季对肠道门诊急性腹泻患者致病性孤菌的检查结果。在2080例患者粪便中分离出致病性弧菌375株,检出率为18.03％。其中以气单胞菌为主,占58.14％(218/375),副溶血性弧菌和类志贺邻单胞菌次之,分别为31.73％(119/375)、8.0％(30/375),其他弧菌占2.13％。表明在引起腹泻的病原菌中,致病性弧菌已占相当的比例。揭示在进行腹泻病人细菌学检查时,应重视对致病性弧菌的分离鉴定工作。

DETECTION OF PATHOGENIC VIBRIOS OF 2080 CASES WITH ACYTE DIARRHEA

Reported in this article are the examinational results of pathogenic vibrios in the bowels of the patients with acute diarrhea diagnosed by the Out-patient Department of Intestinal Tract in the summer of 1991. Three hundred and seventy-five strains of pathogenic vibrios were separated from 2080 patients' stool. The detectable rate was 18. 03%. Among the pathegenic vibrios,Aeromonas occupied first place,accounting for 58. 14% (218/375),vibrio parahaemo lyticus and Plesiomonas shigelloides came second ,accounting for 31.73% (119/375) and 8.0% (30/375) respectively, and the others accounting for 2.13%. It is illustrated that among the pathogenic bacteria which can cause diarrhea,pathogenic vibrios have occupied quite a proportion. It is suggested that great attention be paid to the separation and determination of pathogenic vibrios during the bacteriological examination for the patients with diarrhea.
