卡铂、5-氟脲嘧啶联合化疗的不同给药途径对口腔鳞癌行新辅助化疗的疗效及不良反应的对比观察

目的观察卡铂、5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)联合化疗的不同给药途径对口腔鳞癌行新辅助化疗的疗效和不良反应.方法 78例口腔鳞癌患者,随机分为实验组(50例)和对照组(28例),实验组将卡铂 5-Fu通过皮下埋植泵行动脉灌注化疗,对照组用相同药物行常规静脉化疗,观察疗效和不良反应.结果实验组的疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应显著小于对照组(P<0.05).结论　卡铂、5-Fu经皮下埋植泵对口腔癌行动脉灌注化疗不仅疗效优于常规静脉灌注方法,而且降低了全身不良反应,可在临床推广应用.

Therapeutic effect and side effect of different administration of combination neoadjuvant chemotherapy with carboplatin and 5-fluorouracil for oral squamous cell carcinoma

Objective To investigate therapeutic effect and side effect of different administration of combination neoadjuvant chemotherapy with carboplatin and 5 fluorouracil(5 Fu) for oral squamous cell carcinoma.Methods Seventy eight patients with oral squamous cell cancer were divided randomly into two groups which included intra arterial infusion group 50 cases and vein infusion group 28 cases,both were treated with carboplatin and 5 Fu,efficacy and side effect were observed.Results Efficacy of intra arterial infusion group was better than that of vein infusion group( P <0.05); Side effect of intra arterial infusion group was weaker than that of vein infusion group( P <0.05).Conclusion Intra arterial infusion chemotherapy for oral squamous cell carcinoma had higher therapeutic effect and lower Side effect than those of vein infusion chemotherapy,It may be applid widely.
