欣母沛在产后出血的应用

目的:观察欣母沛对治疗宫缩乏力所致的产后出血的疗效。方法:选择阴道分娩及剖宫产后因宫缩乏力在胎儿娩出至产后2h出血量≥500ml的患者62例,在用常规方法治疗无效后,采用欣母沛子宫肌注,重复使用可间隔15min。结果:62例患者中60例有显著效果,显效率达97·77%。结论:欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血效果显著,有效防止产后出血的加重,但应明确诊断,及时使用。

Hemabate applied to treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

Objective:To investigate the effect of hemabate in postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony.Methods:62 patients whose blood loss caused by uterine atony was in excess of 500 ml within 2 hours after vaginal delivery or cesarean section were given initial recommended dose of hemabate 250 μg intramuscularly, being repeated if necessary at 15-minute intervals.Results:60 of 62 patients achieved good effect,the success rate was 97%.Conclusion:Hemabate is effective in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony,should be used in time. And accurate diagnosis is also needed.
