| 摘 要： | 目的总结夹层动脉瘤患者人造血管置换术后的护理体会。方法人造血管置换术后积极护理配合,密切观察患者的生命体征,做好健康教育。结果 11例患者人造血管均成功植入,无1例出现并发症,患者均在术后2周内康复出院。结论正确的护理有利于患者夹层动脉瘤术后的康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the nursing experience in aortic dissecting aneurysm cases after replacement of thoracic aorta.Methods Actively cooperation with the nursing was made after replacement of thoracic aorta,and closely observation vital signs of the patients along with well health education were implemented.Results 11 patients＇ artificial blood vessels were successful implanted and no complications were observed.All cased were recovered and discharged from the hospital in the postoperative two weeks.Conclusion The correct nursing for patients with aortic dissecting anenrysm will be beneficial to their postoperative recovery. |
