Dentascan软件在口腔正畸中的应用

目的探讨Dentascan软件在口腔正畸中的临床应用价值。方法对57例埋伏阻生牙患者行16层螺旋CT扫描，应用Dentascan软件重建出上、下颌的曲面全景体层图像及斜面体层图像，并与最大密度投影（MIP）、容积成像（VR）的图像进行对比。结果应用Dentascan软件生成的曲面体层图像及与其垂直的斜面体层图像可以清晰地显示埋伏阻生牙的位置、生长方向及与周围牙齿及颌骨的关系，并可显示埋伏牙的细节。而MIP及VR能直接显示立体三维图像，并且可以多角度旋转观察。结论Dentascan软件结合MIP及VR图像可以在任意方向获得直观清晰的二维及三维图像，对于口腔正畸具有重要的指导意义。

Clinical application of advantage dentascan in dental orthodontics

Objective To demonstrate the clinical application value of Advantage Dentascan software to examine impacted teeth in dental orthodontics.Methods A 16-slice helical CT scanner was utilized to examine 57 cases with impacted teeth.Advantage Dentascan reconstruction of curved planar reformation and oblique planar images were compared with the maximum intensity projection(MIP)and volume rendering(VR).Results Curved planar reformation and oblique planar reconstruction images clearly showed the impacted teeth including position,eruption orientation and relation with dentition.It also showed the detail of impacted teeth. Not only MIP and VR can demonstrate 3D images directly,but also the pictures may be revolving observed clearly.Conclusion The combination of Advantage Dentascan,MIP and VR can provide precise 2D and 3D images.It is important for dental orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning.
