35例术后早期炎性肠梗阻诊疗体会

目的探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的特点、诊断及中西医治疗效果．方法对35例术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床资料进行回顾性分析．结果35例病人经持续胃肠减压、纠正电解质、酸碱平衡紊乱及中药外敷内服、灌肠等非手术治疗，除2例中转手术外其余均治愈，平均治愈时间13．7d．结论术后早期炎性肠梗阻多发于腹腔污染重或创伤大的腹部手术，有典型的肠梗阻症状和体征，较少发生绞窄，应首选非手术治疗．

The Diagnosis and Treatment of Early Postoperative Inflammatory Intestine Obstruction (Report of 35 Cases)

Objective To investigate the characteristics, the diagnosis and the combined therapy of Chinese and western medicines of the early postoperative inflammatory intestine obstruction. Method The data of 35 cases of the early postoperative inflammatory intestine obstruction was analyzed retrospectively. Results 35 cases were cured by the non-operative treatment such as the persisted decompression of gastrointestinal tract, the remedy of electrolyte, the disorder of acid base balance and the external and internal application of Chinese medicine, and the clysters while 2 cases were cured by operation. The average cured time was 13.7 days. Conclusion The early postoperative inflammatory intestine obstruction with the characteristics of typical signs and symptoms of intestine obstruction takes place frequently in the contaminated abdominal cavity or the heavy trauma abdominal operation while the strangulation takes place infrequently. It is suggested that the conservative treatment is the first choice for early postoperative inflammatory intestine obstruction.
