环孢素A体外抗曼氏血吸虫作用的观察

ＭＦ１小鼠实验感染曼氏血吸虫尾蚴１周、３周和６周后，分别经肺静脉和门静脉灌注取虫。实验显示，药物体外抗曼氏血吸虫的作用呈时间、剂量和虫龄依赖方式，童虫和雄虫对药物更敏感。

Effect of Cyclosporin A (CsA) Against Schistosoma mansoni in vitro

MF1 male mice were experimentally infected with Schistosome mansoni cercariae for 1 week, 3weeks and 6 weeks when the worms were recovered by lung and portal perfusion. Worms were exposed to varying quantities of cyclosporin A (CsA) and its metabolites of 199 cultural medium in vitro. The activity of CsA against Schistosm mensoni has been monitored, drug action is time-, dose-, and age- dependent, and CsA is more active against younger and male worms. These data support the view that the anthelmintic action of CsA is direct, which is corroborated the observation that drug-induced damage to worms in vitro mirrors what occurs in vivo
