| 摘 要： | 目的为了研究十全大补汤(SDT)的免疫抑瘤作用.方法以TA2移植性乳腺癌小鼠作为研究对象,分别给予50%SDT和白开水灌胃,以小鼠的体重、瘤重、及脾内B淋巴细胞、T淋巴细胞增殖指数作为观察指标.结果SDT可明显改善荷瘤鼠的一般状况,增强体重,抑制肿瘤的生长,抑瘤率为56.2%,与对照组比较P＜0.05,SDT可明显增强脾内T淋巴细胞的增殖(P＜0.05),而抑制B淋巴细胞的增殖(P＜0.05).结论SDT可在体内抑制肿瘤的生长,其抑瘤作用可能是通过调节机体的免疫功能来实现的.

| Abstract: | Purpose To study the effects of Shiquandabutang on immunity in mice with tumor.Methods The mice with transplantable mammary cancer were given 50% SDT by gowage.The tumor weight,splen cell proligeration were measured.Results The results showed that 50%SDT inhibited the growth of the tumor(compared with control P<0.05), the rate of inhibition was 56.2%.50%SDT enhanced the level of T lymphocyte proliferation and decreased the level of B lymphocyte proliferation(compared with the control P<0.05).Conclusion SDT can inhibit tumor growth and regulate the lymphocyte proliferation of spleen in mice with tumor. |
