| 摘 要： | 整合素连接激酶(ILK)是一种丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,可以同整合素b1、b3亚基胞浆域结合,参与多种信号转导,包括整合素、生长因子及Wnt信号转导通路,在调节细胞黏附、凋亡、转移、生长、细胞周期、肿瘤形成等过程中起重要作用。如果细胞中ILK表达异常,将引发病理变化,其中ILK表达异常与肿瘤转移的关系已引起人们的广泛关注。该文就ILK与肿瘤转移关系研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Integrin-linked kinase(ILK) is a serine /threonine kinase,which can bind with cytoplasmic domains of integrins β1 and β3 and participate in many signal transduction,including integrin、growth factor and Wnt signaling transduction pathways,playing an important role in regulation of cell adhesion、apoptosis、metabasis、growth、cell cycle and tumorigeness.If the expression of ILK is abnormal,it will initiate pathological changes.The relationship between abnormal expression of ILK and tumor metastasis is attracting more attention from people.This review summarizes the relationship between ILK and tumor metastasis. |
