| 摘 要： | T型钙通道具有快速激活，缓慢关闭和较低的电导特性，在静息膜电位下即可激活。T型钙通道广泛分布于中枢和外周神经系统，对调节细胞的兴奋性和神经递质的释放具有重要作用。研究表明，T型钙通道参与了疼痛形成，作用于T型钙通道靶点的镇痛新药具有广阔的前景。

| Abstract: | T - type calcium channel can be activated quickly and inactivated slowly, as well as, it also has low conductance and can be activated at rest. T - type calcium extensively distribute in centre and periphery nervous system, It plays a key role in regulating the cell excitement and releasing of the neurotransmitter. Those studies about T - type calcium channel in pain states demonstrated that T - type calcium channel takes part in the development of the pain. The drugs targeting T - type calcium channel have a bright tomorrow in pain relief. |
