| 摘 要： | 目的研究视网膜挫伤的光学相干断层扫描（OCT）的改变,探讨光学相干断层扫描在视网膜挫伤中的应用价值。方法选择126例（126眼）视网膜挫伤的患者，应用光学相干断层扫描仪进行OCT给查，对不同程度受伤眼及正常眼的视网膜神经上皮脱离的范围、高度及神经上皮的厚度进行比较。结果不同程度的受伤眼视网膜神经上皮层脱离的范围、高度和神经上皮的厚度之间差异有显著性（P〈0.05），视网膜挫伤OCT的测定结果与治疗后视力吃不开相关性。结论光学相干断层扫描仪能客观地反映视网膜挫伤后的视功能损害程度，是评价视网膜挫伤患者视功能的有效客观工具。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of of optical coherence tomography （OCT） in the patients suffered from retinal contusion and explore its role on retinal contusion. Methods Optical coherence tomography was performed on 126 patients suffered from retinal contusion. The range, height and thickness of retinal neuroepithelium of suffering eyes were compared with that of control eyes. Results OCT could reflect the degree of visual damage and it is an objective and efficient means in evaluating the visual function of trauma eyes.
