摘    要:目的:本研究旨在通过观察消食口服液对功能性消化不良大鼠胃肠动力及一氧化氮(NO)、P物质的影响,探讨其对功能性消化不良的作用机制。方法:采用夹尾刺激法制作动物模型的研究方法,观察消食口服液对功能性消化不良大鼠胃排空率、小肠推进比的变化,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测血清NO、血浆P物质含量变化。结果:与模型组比较,不同剂量消食口服液均能明显降低NO含量、提高P物质含量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消食口服液能通过降低血清中NO水平、提高血浆SP水平,促进FD大鼠的胃肠动力。

Effects of Xiaoshi Oral Liquid on the Expression of Gastrointestinal Motility,Nitric Oxide and Substance P in Rats with Functional Dyspepsia

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of xiaoshi oral liquid on the expression of gastrointestinal motility,nitric oxide(NO) and substance P(SP) in rats with functional dyspepsia,exploring the mechanism of the xiaoshi oral liquid for adjusting gastrointestinal dynamics.Methods:The clip tail stimulation method were adopted to set up FD models.After the treatment,gastrointestinal motility were observed,serum NO and SP were examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:Compared with those in model group,different concentrations of the change of xiaoshi oral liquid can all decrease serum NO,increase plasma SP(compared with the model group,P<0.05).Conclusion:The change of xiaoshi oral liquid can promote the gastrointestinal motility of FD rats by means of decreasing the serum NO and increasing the plasma SP.
