老年糖尿病与大肠癌发病的相关性研究

目的对老年糖尿病与大肠癌发病的相关因素进行统合分析。方法选取2011年1月1日-2012年9月1日期间我院进行大肠癌筛查、存在糖尿病史患者100例为甲组,随机选取健康体检老年患者100例为乙组,对两组大肠癌的发病率及高危因素进行统计和分析。结果甲组患者大肠癌发病率高于乙组患者,合并糖尿病患者罹患大肠癌的几率高于不合并糖尿患者群。其中70岁以上糖尿病患者,大肠癌的发病率显著高于60岁以上糖尿病患者大肠癌的发病率,差异性显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。糖尿病史在10年或是10年以上大肠癌发病率,显著高于糖尿病史10年以下患者大肠癌发病率,差异性显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者年龄越大、糖尿病程时间越长的患者,大肠癌发病率越高,糖尿病史、年龄是大肠癌高危因素,应注意定期进行大肠癌的筛查。

Elderly diabetes and the correlation of colorectal cancer research

【Objective】To senile diabetes and colorectal cancer risk factors associated with and analysis.【Methods】 From 2009 December-2011 December in our hospital were screening for colorectal cancer in the presence of diabetes mellitus patients with a history of 100 cases of group A,randomLy selected health examination in 100 cases of elderly patients for group B,in contrast to the two group,the incidence of colorectal cancer and the risk factors of statistics and analysis.【Resluts】The patients with colorectal cancer incidence rate than group B patients,diabetic patients with disease onset colorectal cancer risk was significantly higher than that in non diabetic population.Among those aged over 70 years in patients with diabetes,the incidence of colorectal cancer is significantly higher than that of 60 years of age or older diabetic patients the incidence of colorectal cancer,the difference was significant,with statistical significance（P0.05）.A history of diabetes in 10 years or 10 years the incidence of colorectal cancer,was significantly higher than that of a history of diabetes 10 years in patients following colorectal cancer incidence,the difference was significant,with statistical significance（P0.05）.【Conclusion】Elderly patients with diabetes mellitus older age,diabetes duration longer patients,the incidence of colorectal cancer is higher,history of diabetes,age of colorectal cancer risk factors,should pay attention to the regular colorectal cancer screening.
