急性阑尾炎腹腔镜手术与开腹手术的临床对比研究

目的对比分析急性阑尾炎腹腔镜手术与开腹手术的临床治疗效果。方法采用我院2011-01～2012-06间腹腔镜阑尾切除术的患者30例与传统开腹阑尾切除术45例做对比,比较两者在手术时间、术中出血量、术后镇痛情况、术后胃肠功能恢复时间、切口感染等并发症的发生率有无显著性差异。结果两者在手术时间、术中出血量上无明显差异,而在术后疼痛程度、胃肠功能恢复时间和术后并发症发生率上有显著性差异。结论腹腔镜阑尾切除术相对于开腹阑尾切除术,术后疼痛轻,胃肠功能恢复时间快,术后并发症少。

Clinical Comparative Study of Laparoscopic and Open Appendectomy for Acute Appendicitis

Objective To compare the clinic efficacy of laparoscopic appendectomy （LA）and open appendectomy （OA） in treating acute appendicitis. Methods The clinical data of 75 cases with acute appendicitis from Jan 2011 to Jun 2012 were analyzed. Of the 75, Cases 45 received open appendectomy （ OA group） and 30 cases were undertaken laparoscopic appendectomy（ LA group）. The operation time, blood loss,gastrointestinal function recovery time after operation, postoperative pain hospital stay and complications in two groups were collected and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in operation time and blood loss between LA and OA, while LA group had ad- vantages in faster gastrointestinal function recovery, less postoperative pain and fewer complications compared to OA group. Conclusions Laparoscopic appendectomy had advantages in faster gastrointestinal function recovery, less postoperative pain and fewer complications compared to OA.
