肝硬化患者联合检测腺苷脱氨酶、胆碱酯酶、纤维蛋白原及D二聚体的临床意义

目的探讨肝硬化患者联合检测腺苷脱氨酶（ADA）、胆碱酯酶（CHE）、纤维蛋白原（Fbg）及D二聚体（D—D）的临床意义。方法将70例肝硬化患者分为代偿期组45例和失代偿期组25例，并以30例健康体检者作为对照组，分别检测血清ADA、CHE及血浆Fbg、D—Do结果肝硬化代偿期组及失代偿期组ADA、D—D检测结果与对照组比较显著升高，CHE、Fbg显著降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；肝硬化失代偿组与代偿组比较ADA、D—D显著升高，CHE、Fbg显著降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论ADA、CHE、Fbg、D—D与肝硬化病情密切相关，联合检测可作为对肝硬化患者病情监测的有效指标，对临床有一定指导意义。

The Clinical Significance of Patients with Cirrhosis Combined Detection Adenosine Deaminase,Cholinesterase,Fibrinogen and D-dimer

Objective To explore the clinical significance of the patients with cirrhosis adenosine de- aminase（ADA） ,cholinesterase（CHE） ,fibrinogen（Fbg） and d-dimer（D-D）. Methods To divide 70 patients with liver cirrhosis into 45 cases of compensatory period group and 25 cases of decompensate period group and 30 cases with physical examination as control group, and to detect respectively the serum ADA, CHE and plas- ma Fbg, D-D. Results The test results of the compensatory and decompensated period group ADA, D-D com- paring with the control group, significantly increased, CHE, Fbg was significantly lower（ P 〈 0.01 ） ; decom- pensate group ADA, D-D comparing with the compensatory period group significantly increased, CHE, Fbg was significantly lower（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ADA,CHE, Fbg,D-D and cirrhosis of the liver disease is close- ly related ,joint detection can be used as the effective index of the cirrhosis patients condition monitoring,and it has a certain guiding significance to clinical.
