大肠癌中PTTG和Survivin蛋白的研究分析

目的检测大肠癌组织中PTTG和Survivin蛋白表达情况并探讨其意义。方法采用组织芯片技术和免疫组织化学S-P法检测55例大肠癌组织、15例正常大肠黏膜组织中PTTG和Survivin的表达情况。结果大肠癌组织中PTTG和Survivin表达定位于细胞浆,其阳性表达率分别为74%(41/55)和69%(38/55),正常大肠黏膜组织二者阳性表达率分别为13%(2/15)和7%(1/15)。两者的表达与大肠癌患者的年龄、性别等无明显相关性,但与病理分化程度、淋巴结转移和临床分期密切相关;在大肠癌组织中,PTTG蛋白的阳性表达与Survivin蛋白的阳性表达有相关性,二者呈正相关。结论 PTTG和Survivin在大肠癌组织中表达增加,提示PTTG高表达可能与肿瘤发生有关,且与肿瘤浸润、发展、转移有关,Survivin与PTTG相互协调,共同在大肠癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用。

Research and analysis of PTTG and Survivin in colorectal adenocarcinoma

Objective It is to determine the expression of PTTG and Survivin in colorectal adenocarcinoma and to explore the significance.Methods The expressions of PTTG and Survivin in 55 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma and 15 cases of normal colorectal mucosa were detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry S-P.Results The expressions of PTTG and Survivin were located with the cytoplasm.The positive expression rates were 74%(41/55) and 69%(38/55) respectively,and in the normal colorectal mucosa the rates were 13%(2/15)and 7%(1/15)respectively.Both of their expressions were not related with the age and sex of the patients,but were closely related with lymph nodemetastasis,clinical stage and pathological staging.The positive expressions of PTTG in colorectal adenocarcinoma were related with those of Survivin,and the correlation between them was positive.Conclusion The expressions of PTTG and Survivin in colorectal adenocarcinoma increased,which suggest that PTTG expression may be associated with colorectal adenocarcinoma,and invasion,development,metastasis,PTTG and Survivin together played an important role in the development of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
