联合用药治疗糖尿病痛性神经病病变的临床观察

目的观察前列地尔联合α-硫辛酸治疗2型糖尿病痛性神经病变的疗效。方法 2型糖尿病痛性神经病变患者40例,随机分为前列地尔联合α-硫辛酸治疗组16例,前列地尔治疗组12例,α-硫辛酸治疗组12例。观察3组治疗前后VAS、踝肱指数(ABI)、运动神经传导速度(MNCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)的改变。结果3组治疗后临床疗效均有改善,其中前列地尔联合硫辛酸治疗组总有效率为94%,其他2组总有效率分别为75%和83%(P<0.05);与其他2组比较,联合治疗组治疗后VAS显著下降,ABI显著提高,SNCV明显增加(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变的是一种有效的治疗方法。

The clinical effectiveness of alprostadil alliance alpha -lipoic acid in treatment of Diabetic Painful neuropathy

Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of alprostadil alliance alpha - lipoic acid in treatment of Diabetic Painful neuropathy. Methods 40 eases were divided randomly into3 groups. The cases of treatment group （16 cases）received treatment of alprostadil alliance alpha -lipoic acid;the other control groups received treatment of only alprostadil（ 12 cases） or only alpha - lipoic acid（ 12 cases）. The changes of VAS ,ABI, MNCV and SNCV of each group were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the clinical effects of three groups all were improved. Total efficiencies of three groups were 94% （alprostadil alliance and alpha -lipoic acid group）, 75 % （ alprostadil group） and 83 % （ alpha - lipoic acid group） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with control groups, VAS was decreased, ABI was improved and SNCV was increased significantly in treatment group after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combination of alprostadil alliance and alpha - lipoic acid is effectiveness in treating Diabetic Painful Neuropathy.
