恶性肿瘤化疗患者血小板参数的实验观察

目的:探讨恶性肿瘤化疗患者血小板参数的变化及临床意义。方法:使用血细胞分析仪测定115例术后恶性肿瘤化疗患者和46例术后非化疗患者的血小板参数,并与正常对照组比较。结果:恶性肿瘤化疗患者的平均血小板体积MPV、血小板体积分布宽度PDW和大血小板比值P-LCR均明显低于正常对照组MPV:8.37±0.77fl对8.70±0.67fl,P<0.05;PDW:9.622±1.47fl对10.27±1.29fl,P<0.01;P-LCR:0.157±0.05对0.176±0.04,P<0.05,血小板(Plt)明显高于正常对照组,249.86±92.23×109/L对219.95.00±52.62×109/L,P<0.05,与非化疗患者比较明显降低(P<0.05),血小板无差异(P>0.05);非化疗患者MPV、PDW和P-LCR较正常对照组均无显著性差异P>0.05;Plt明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);血小板数>300×109/L的化疗患者的MPV、PDW和P-LCR与血小板数<300×109/L的化疗患者比较均明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:恶性肿瘤化疗患者血小板参数的测定对观察其骨髓抑制状况和病情估计有一定的临床意义。

Experiment observation of platelet parameter in malignant patients

Objective To study the changes and the clinical significance of Platelet Parameter in malignancy patients treated by chemotherapy.Method 115 cases in malignant patients treated by chemotherapy and 46 cases in malignant patients no treated by chemotherapy after surgery were selected and their Platelet Parameter were measured by a Blood Cell Analyzer,then compared with control group.Results Average Platelet Volume(MPV)?Platelet Volume Distributing Width(PDW) and Large Platelet Ratio(P-LCR)in malignant patients treated by chemotherapy were significantly lower than in control groupMPV:(8.37±0.77)fl vs (8.70±0.67)fl,P<0.05;PDW:(9.62±1.47)fl vs (10.27±1.29)fl,P<0.01;P-LCR:(0.157±0.05) vs (0.176±0.04),P<0.05],PLT were significantly higher than in control group,PLT were significantly higher than in control group(249.86±92.23)×109/L vs (219.95.00±52.62)×109/L,P<0.05,were significantly lower than in malignancy patients no treated by chemotherapy(P<0.05),PLT were no difference(P>05);MPV,PDW and P-LCR in malignancy patients no treated by chemotherapy were all no significantly difference than in control group(P>0.05),PLT were significantly higher(P<0.05);MPV,PDW and P-LCR in malignancy patients treated by chemotherapy with Plt> 300×109/L were significantly lower than that with PLT<300×109/L(P<0.01). Conclusion Determine of Platelet Parameter of malignant patients treated by chemotherapy has certain clinical significance to observe the status of their marrow restrained and estimate state of illness.
