| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨加强院前快速高效急救与安全转运急性心肌梗死患者的方法。方法 :总结医护人员到达发病现场后 ,对急性心肌梗死进行抢救的经验。结果 :6 2例患者中除 7例发病后呼叫“12 0”时间晚 ,病情危急合并症严重抢救无效死亡外 ,余 5 5例急救与转运均获满意效果。结论 :院前采取紧急处理措施 ,选择转运时机 ,转运途中严密监护 ,可为进一步治疗提供有利条件 ,是挽救患者生命 ,减少住院前死亡率 ,改善预后的重要环节

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore for the best way to rescure AMI Patients by emergency rescuration and transportation.Method:To conclude the experience for emergency resure on AMI patients Result:7 cases in 62 died of serious heart condition,inspite of rescure,others all show satisfactory result Conclusion:Emergency rescuration rapid transportation,supervision can promise good prognosis for AMI patients |
