CDX2和MUC2在胃癌组织中的表达及意义

目的:通过观察CDX2和MUC2在胃癌组织中的表达,与胃癌的生物学特征进行比较,来探讨其表达的意义。方法:选取肠型胃癌30例,弥漫型胃癌20例作为研究对象,以正常胃黏膜15例作为对照,用免疫组织化学的方法检测CDX2和MUC2的表达情况。结果:CDX2和MUC2在正常胃黏膜组织中均无表达。CDX2在肠型胃癌中阳性表达率为63.3%(19/30),在弥漫型胃癌中阳性表达率为30.0%(6/20),两型胃癌中CDX2阳性表达率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。MUC2在肠型胃癌中阳性表达率为66.7%(20/30),在弥漫型胃癌中阳性表达率为35.0%(7/20),两型胃癌中MUC2阳性表达率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。CDX2和MUC2的表达与细胞分化程度有关(P<0.01),与有无淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。CDX2的表达和肿瘤浸润的深度有关(P<0.05),而MUC2的表达与肿瘤浸润的深度无关(P>0.05)。在两型胃癌中,CDX2的表达和MUC2的表达呈正相关(肠型rs=0.489,P<0.01;弥漫型rs=0.663,P<0.01)。结论:CDX2和MUC2的异常表达在胃癌,特别是肠型胃癌的发生中起着重要的作用。

Expression and Significance of CDX2 and MUC2 in Gastric Carcinoma

Objective: To investigate the expression of CDX2 and MUC2 in the gastric carcinoma(GC) and its significance,and compare it with the biological characteristics of GC.Methods: By immunohistochemistry,the expression of CDX2 and MUC2 was studied in the gastric mucosa of 30 patients with intestinal type GC,20 patients with diffuse type GC,and 15 nomal gastric mucosa as control subjects.Results: Neither CDX2 nor MUC2 was expressed in the nomal gastric mucosa.The positive expression rate of CDX2 was 63.3%(19/30) in intestinal-type GC,and 30.0%(6/20) in diffuse type GC,showing a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The positive expression of MUC2 was 66.7%(20/30) in intestinal type GC and 35.0%(7/20) in diffuse type GC, with a significance difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Either the expression of CDX2 or MUC2 was positively correlated with tumor differentiation(both P<0.01),but was not associated with metastasis of lymph node(P>0.05).The expression of CDX2 was associated with invasiveness of cancerous tissues(P<0.05),but no relationship was found between MUC2 expression and invasiveness of cancerous tissues(P>0.05).The expression of CDX2 was positively correlated with the expression of MUC2 in the two types of GC(rs=0.489,P<0.01,in intestinal-type;rs=0.663,P<0.01,in diffuse type).Conclusion: The abnormal expression of CDX2 and MUC2 plays an important role in the development of GC,especially in intestinal type GC.
