层级护理结合PDCA循环法在妇科肿瘤术后患者康复中的应用

目的 探讨层级护理结合PDCA循环法在妇科肿瘤术后患者康复中的应用效果。方法 随机抽取妇科肿瘤手术患者120例，对照组60例和观察组60例；对照组按传统的护理常规法进行护理，观察组采用层级护理结合PDCA循环法落实入院介绍和术前评估、术后康复训练等措施。结果 观察组较对照组的术后肛门排气时间早、并发症的发生率低、腰痛时间缩短、病人的满意度高，两组对比有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 层级护理结合PDCA循环法在妇科肿瘤术后患者康复中的应用比传统的护理法效果好，可缩短腰痛时间、降低术后并发症、提高病人的满意度，促进患者康复。

The application of effect using full responsibility gradation nursing system with circulation method (PDCA) in rehabilitation of patients after gynecological tumor surgery

Objective To investigate the application of effect using full responsibility gradation nursing system with circulation method (PDCA) in rehabilitation of patients after gynecological tumor surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients after gynecological tumor surgery were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, each group had 60 cases.The routine care wasperformed on patients in control group.Full responsibility gradation nursing system with circulation method (PDCA), to fulfil the measures with hospitalization introduction and preoperative evaluation, postoperative rehabilitation were performed on patients in observation group.Results The results showed that the anal exsuffiation time, incidence of complications, lumbago, the patients'satisfactory degree in observation group were markedly better than those of the control group.There was statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05) .Conclusions The application of effect in rehabilitation of patients after gynecological tumor surgery, using full responsibility gradation nursing system with circulation method (PDCA) were better than using routine nursing.
