癌症化疗患者心理健康状况调查及相关因素分析

目的 了解癌症化疗患者的心理状况，并对其相关因素进行分析，为实施科学的心理评估及护理对策提供参考。方法 应用William WK Zung编制焦虑量表(SAS)、抑郁量表(SDS)和自行设计的心理影响因素调查表对213例住院癌症化疗患者进行调查，统计学分析采用SPSS 13.0软件用x2检验、t检验、Logistic逐步进入法进行单因素、多因素相关分析。结果 213例癌症患者抑郁和焦虑的发生率分别为29.11％、25.35％，同时存在焦虑、抑郁的发生率为19.72％。单因素分析显示，与抑郁有显著相关因素有睡眠障碍、感知压力、自尊下降、未来期望、情绪变化等，与焦虑有显著相关因素有睡眠障碍、感知压力等；多因素分析显示，与抑郁显著相关因素有感知压力和自尊下降，与焦虑显著相关因素有睡眠障碍和感知压力。结论 癌症患者住院期间均存在不同程度的抑郁、焦虑状态，根据心理相关因素，及早为其提供针对性心理干预，可减轻患者的抑郁、焦虑程度。

Investigation and analysis of psychological status and its related factors for patientswith cancer chemotherapy

Objective To understand the psychological status of patients with cancer chemotherapy, and analyze the related factors to provide a reference for implementation of scientific psychological evaluation and nursing countermeasures.Methods William WK zung compiling anxiety (SAS), depression (SDS) scale and influence factors of self-designed questionnaire were applied to investigate 213 caces hospitalized patients with cancer chemotherapy.Spss13.0 software with the chi-square, t-test, logistic stepwise method was used for single factor, multi-factor correlation analysis.Results The respective incidence rate of depression and anxiety with 213 cases was 29.11％ ,25.35％ , and the incidence rate of anxiety and depression simultaneously existing was 19.72％.Single factor analysis showed that significant factors associated with depression included sleep disorder, perception pressure, self-esteem drop, future expectation and mood changing, and the significant factors associated with anxiety included sleep disorder and perception pressure; Multi-factor analysis showed that significant factors associated with depression included perception pressure and self-esteem drop, and the significant fairs associated with anxiety included a sleep disorder and perception pressure.Conclusions The different levels of depression and anxiety are found in most patients with cancer chemotherapy.They should get targeted psychological intervention early on the basis of psychological related factors that can release depression and anxiety.
