摘    要:目的 探讨PBL教学法在急救护理学中的应用效果。方法 将2008级护理专业123名本科学生随机分为两组,实验组63人,采用PBL教学法;对照组60人,采用传统的讲授法。干预前后,分别采用自主学习能力测评量表和课堂教学质量评价表进行测量评估学习效果。并对所有数据进行统计学处理。结果 ①PBL教学可明显提高本科生自主学习能力(P<0.001),自我管理能力(P<0.001),信息能力和学习合作能力(P<0.01);②与传统教学方法相比,PBL教学可明显提高课堂教学质量(P<0.001)、教学内容(P<0.001)、教学方法和手段(P<0.001)和教学效果(P<0.001)。结论 PBL教学法比传统的教学法能明显提高急诊护理的课堂教学质量,PBL教学可明显提高学生自主学习能力及其三个维度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) in emergency nursing teaching.Methods The study used an experimental design.The 123 students were randomly divided into control group and intervention group.The students totaled 60 in the control group received traditional teaching method and the students totaled 63 in the intervention group were taught by PBL Three questionnaires were used for data collection : a general information sheet of students , the exercise of Self-learing Agency and teaching quality questionnaires.The statistical software SPSS for Windows version 10.0 was used for data analysis.Results (PBL improved selflearing ability (P < 0.001), self-management ability (P < 0.001) and information ability and learning collaboration ability (P < 0.01).②Compared with the traditional teaching, PBL could significantly improve teaching quality (P < 0.001), teaching contents (P < 0.001),teaching methods and skills (P <0.001) , teaching effects (P <0.001) .Conclusions From the results of this study it can be concluded that PBL can improve the teaching quality, enhance self-learning ability , self-management ability , information ability and learning collaboration ability.
