Abstract:Objective To explore the changes of the cytomembrane CD molecules on RBCs before and after freeze-drying. Methods The cytomembrane CD35, CD44, CD45, CD47 and CD71 of RBCs before and after freeze-drying were detected by FCM. Results The cytomembrane CD35, CD44, CD45, CD47 and CD71 of RBCs before freeze-drying were as same as its after. Conclusion The cytomembrane CD molecules number of RBCs wasn't significant influenced after freeze-drying.
