| 摘 要： | 目的通过检测类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血清中的风湿因子(RF)、抗角质蛋白抗体(AKA)和瓜氨酸抗体(CCP-Ab),探讨他们在RA疾病诊断中的意义。方法收集227例(RA105例,非RA82例,健康人40例)标本检测CCP-Ab,AKA及RF,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果 RF、CCP-Ab和AKA单独检测灵敏度分别为81.90%、68.57%、34.29%;特异度分别为74.39%、96.34%、95.12%;3种指标联合检测特异度为100.00%。结论 RF、CCP-Ab和AKA联合检测可提高RA诊断的特异度。
