| 摘 要： | 细胞周期与细胞癌变密切相关，抑癌基因p16参与细胞周期调控,p16的改变可导致细胞的失控性生长，所以p16基因可成为肿瘤选择作用的治疗靶点。p16基因检测对肺癌的发病机制研究、早期诊断、预后评估和分子靶向治疗有一定帮助。

| Abstract: | The cell cycle is closely related with the cellular canceration. Tumor-suppressor gene p16 is involved in cell cycle regulation. The change of tumor-suppressor gene p16 could cause cells out of growth, p16 gene can become treatment target of trmor. The detection of p16 gene is helpful for the pathogenesis of lung cancer,early diagnosis,prognosis assessment and molecular-targeted therapy. |
