成人颈部非甲状腺性囊性肿块的超声诊断

目的探讨成人颈部非甲状腺性囊性肿块的部位、发病特点、超声表现,指导临床诊治。方法回顾分析经手术或病理证实的成人颈部非甲状腺性囊性肿块103例,探讨不同病理类型肿块的超声表现特点及诊断意义。结果成人颈部非甲状腺性囊性肿块种类多,但其发病部位及超声表现有规律可循。结论成人颈部非甲状腺性囊性肿块发病率高、病种多、表现复杂,但结合超声声像图表现和肿块位置与周围组织关系,可以较为精确的评估肿块的性质。

Ultrasound Diagnosis of Cervical No-thyroid Cystic-mass in Adult

Objective To study the position, the clinical characteristics and the ultrasonography of cervical no-thyroid cystic-mass in adult, so as to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 103 cases of cervical non-thyroid cystic-mass in adult confirmed by surgical or pathology were analyzed retrospectively, and the ultrasound characteristics and the value for diagnosis in different types of cystic-mass in pathology was studied. Results Although there was a great variety of non-thyroid cystic-mass in adult cervicum, we can fmd the regularity in their position and the ultrasound characteristics. Conclusion Cervical non-thyroid cystic-mass in adult has a high rate of incidence,a great variety of entities and complicated manifestations,but the more precise estimation of the mass can be gotten when the ultrasonography, the position and the relationship between the mass and the tissues around it is all in consideration.
