| 摘 要： | 目的观察妥吡酯预防治疗偏头痛的疗效及耐受性。方法对符合标准的21例患者给予妥吡酯预防治疗,首次剂量为12.5mg/d,每周增加12.5～25mg,最大剂量达175mg/d,连续服药6周以上,观察偏头痛发作频率和严重程度。结果17例显示有效,有效率为80.95%。其中5例为完全控制,8例出现不良反应。结论妥吡酯预防治疗偏头痛有确切疗效,而且耐受性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the egicacy and tolerance of topiramatein for migraine. Methods 21 cases with a diagnosis of migraine accepted treatment.12.5mg/d for the first week,followed by weekly increases of 12.5 to 25mg to the maximum of 175mg. The medicine treatment lasted for 6 weeks at least.To observe frequency and severity. Results 17 cases were effctive, effective rate was 80.95%. 5 cases were completely controlled. 8 cases had side effect. Conclusion TPM is effective and well-tolerated in prevention of migraine. |
