| 摘 要： | 作者观察了缓解期的慢性阻塞性肺部疾病(COPD)患者经低浓度茶碱治疗五周后,白介素2,6,8变化.结果表明:经茶碱治疗后,患者白介素6,8呈下降趋势,白介素2呈上升趋势.提示茶碱除了扩张支气管作用外,还有抗炎和疫疫调节作用.

| Abstract: | The immunomodulatory effects of low-dose theophylline orally administrated before and after 5weeks of treatment in cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases COPD were investigated by detecting the changes in serum levels of IL-2、IL-6 and IL-8. It was found that there were a significant reduction in serum levels of IL-6 and IL-8 with a significant increase of IL-2 levels after theohylline treatment. It suggests that theophylline,in addition to its bronchodilator effect,may have anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects. |
