摘    要:目的利用近红外(NIR)光谱法对品牌中成药"消渴丸"建立判别模型,快速有效筛选假冒品。方法收集厂家正品近红外漫反射光谱,在OPUS软件中应用一致性检验模型设置模块建立消渴丸一致性检验模型。结果利用该一致性检验模型能够准确区分消渴丸同其4批假冒品。结论本文建立的检验模型简单、快速、有效,能应用于消渴丸的日常监督打假中。

Abstract:Objective To establish the conformity test model for Chinese medicine "Xiaoke" pill.Methods Near infrared spectral scan was used to set up the conformity test model by the OPUS software with 17 collected products and 4 counterfeits. Microscopic examination and HPLC were employed to verify the model.Results It can accurately distinguish Xiaoke pill with counterfeit products by the conformity test model.Conclusion The established model is simple,rapid,effective and suitable for the daily supervision of Xiaoke pills.
