胆红素在COPD患者中的变化及意义

目的探讨血清胆红素在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的变化及意义。方法选择156例慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者为观察组，156例40岁以上健康人为对照组，分别测定血清胆红素水平。结果COPD组血清总胆红素明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）；直接胆红素明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）；间接胆红素低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论间接胆红素对COPD具抗氧化保护作用。

Changes of bilirubin level in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients and its significance

Objective To investigate the change of blood serum bilirubin level in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） patients and its significance. Methods 156 cases COPD patients were chosen as the observation group and 156 cases more than 40-yearsold healthy persons were chosen as the control group. The blood serum bilirubin levels were determined separately. Results The bilirobin level in the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group （ P 〈0. 01 ）. The direct bilirubin level in the observation group was apparently higher than that of the control group （ P 〈0. 01 ）, while the indirect bilirubin level in the observation group was lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The indirect bilirubin involves possibly the protection of COPD by anti-oxidation.
