丁苯酞联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的效果评价

目的观察丁苯酞、奥扎格雷钠联合治疗急性脑梗死（ACI）的临床效果。方法将本院2012年9月~2013年8月收治的68例急性脑梗死患者纳入研究,在常规治疗的基础上,对照组加用丁苯酞治疗,研究组加用丁苯酞和奥扎格雷钠治疗,比较两组患者的疗效、CSS及生活能力评分。结果对照组总有效率为70.59%,研究组总有效率为91.18%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者神经功能缺损、生活能力评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论丁苯酞联合奥扎格雷治疗ACI的疗效确切。

Effect evaluation of butylphthalide combined with sodium ozagrel in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the clinical effect of butylphthalide combined with sodium ozagrel in treatment of a- cute cerebral infarction. Methods 68 cases with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the research object in our hospital from September 2012 to August 2013,on the basis of routine therapy, the control group add in butylphthalide treated,the study group add in butylphthalide combined with sodium ozagrel treated,the curative effect,CSS and life a- bility score of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in control group was 70.59%,the total effec- tive rate in control group was 91.18%,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The nerve function defect,life ability score in two groups of patients,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The butylph- thalide combined with sodium ozagrel in treatment of acute cerebral infarction has curative effect.
