米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床效果观察

摘    要:目的探讨临床有效治疗异位妊娠的方法,为相关研究提供支持和参考依据。方法选取本院2009年1月~2012年12月收治的异位妊娠患者,将其随机分成观察组68例和对照组68例。观察组采用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,对照组采用米非司酮治疗。比较两组患者的临床指标改善情况。结果观察组患者的包块缩小比例、症状1周内消失、阴道排出蜕膜管形、2周尿HCG转阴以及2周血HCG下降情况均显著优于对照组(P均〈0.05)。结论采用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床效果显著,是临床治疗异位妊娠的理想选择。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the method of treating effectively ectopic pregnancy to provide support and refer- ence for related research. Methods Patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted into our hospital from January 2009 to December 2012 were chosen and were randomly divided into the observation group of 68 cases and the control group of 68 patients.The observation group was treated with mifepristone combined with methotrexate,and the control group was treated with mifepristone.The improvement of the clinical indicators of the two groups was compared. Results The con- dition of mass reduction rate,the symptoms disappeared within one week,the vaginal discharge decidua tube,urinary HCG negative of 2 weeks and blood HCG decreased of 2 weeks in the observation group were better than those in the control group (all P〈0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy is significant,and it is an ideal choice of treating ectopic pregnancy in the clinic.
