腹腔镜下改良子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的对比分析

目的探讨腹腔镜下改良子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床效果。方法将本院2011年3月~2013年8月收治的110例子宫肌瘤剔除术患者分为对照组和观察组,每组55例,对照组给予传统开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,观察组给予腹腔镜下改良子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果和并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者的总并发症发生率为3.6%,明显低于对照组的27.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜下改良子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果优于开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术。

Comparison and analysis of improved laparoscopic myomectomy and ab- dominal myomectomy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of improved laparoscopic myomectomy and abdominal myomectomy. Methods 110 cases of patients with uterine fibroids eliminate were treated in our hospital from March 2011 to August 2013,they were divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group.The control group was given with conventional abdominal myomectomy treatment,the observation group was given with improved laparoscopic my- omectomy treatment,the clinical effect and complications of two groups was compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group,the operation time,postoperative anal exhaust time, hospital time in observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The total complication rate in observation group was 3.6%,was significantly lower than 27.3% of the control group,the dif- ference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of improved laparoscopic myomectomy treatment of u- terine fibroids is superior to abdominal myomectomy.
