腰麻与硬膜外麻醉在剖宫产患者中的镇痛效果比较

目的探讨腰麻与硬膜外麻醉在剖宫产患者术后镇痛中的效果比较。方法选取本院2012年1月~2013年1月收治的98例剖宫产手术患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各49例,对照组给予硬膜外麻醉,观察组患者给予腰麻,比较两组患者的麻醉起效时间、痛觉完全消失时间、镇痛效果明显率及并发症情况。结果观察组患者的麻醉起效时间、痛觉完全消失时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组患者的镇痛效果明显率显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论给予剖宫产手术患者腰麻可有效提高镇痛效果,减少并发症发生率,临床效果显著,值得推广应用。

Analgesic effect comparison in caesarean section patients by lumbar or epidural anesthesia

Objective To explore the analgesic effect comparison in patients after caesarean section by lumbar or epidural anesthesia. Methods 98 patients who underwent caesarean sections from January 2012 to January 2013 in our hospital were selected and evenly divided into observation group and control group in random.In the control group,the epidural anesthesia was provided,while in the observation group,lumbar anesthesia was supplied.The indexes like onset time of anesthesia,time of complete disappearance of pain,rate of obvious analgesic effect and complication were com- pared in both groups. Results The onset time of anesthesia and time of complete disappearance of pain in the observa- tion group were much shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.The rate of obvious analgesic effect in the obser- vation group was superior to that in the control group （P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications in the observation group was greatly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients undergone caesarean section,lumbar anesthesia can effectively improve the analgesic effect,reduce complications,and obtain a remarkable effect,which is worthy of expansion and application.
