美托洛尔联合依那普利治疗中青年人原发性高血压的效果观察

目的观察口服美托洛尔联合依那普利治疗中青年人原发性高血压的临床效果。方法选取2012年3月~2013年3月山东省中医药研究院附属医院门诊原发性高血压中青年患者180例,随机分为两组,实验组90例患者口服依那普利5 mg,2次/d,美托洛尔25 mg,2次/d;对照组90例患者口服依那普利5 mg,2次/d。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果实验组头痛、头昏、呕吐发生状况明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组降压疗效比较,实验组总有效率为95.6%,对照组总有效率85.6%,实验组降压效果明显优于对照组。结论依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗高血压比单独应用依那普利的治疗效果更佳。

Effect observation of metoprolol combined with enalaprilat treatment es- sential hypertension in young and middle-aged patients

Objective To observe the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with enalaprilat treatment essential hyper- tension in young and middle-aged patients. Methods 180 young and middle-aged patients with essential hypertension in outpatient service of Shandong Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Institute from March 2012 to March 2013,they were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group patients （n=90） with oral enalaprilat 5 rag, twice per day,metoprololl 25 mg and twice per day,the control group patients （n=90） with oral enalapril 5 mg and twice per day.The clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results The headache,dizziness,vomiting occurred in ex- perimental group were significantly less than those of the control group （P〈0.05）.Antihypertensive effects in the two groups,total effective rate in experimental group was 95.6%,total effective rate in control group was 85.6%,the antihy- pertensive effect in experimental group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion The effect of enalaprilat combined with metoprolol treatment hypertension is better than single application of enalaprilat.
